After drying for two weeks we pulled it out of the dog-igloo.  It wasn't bone-dry, but rather leather-hard.  Which is the best time to move it.  At bone-dry it would have been too brittle.  We lifted it out one piece at a time, then reassembled it on the table.  This is about 150 pounds of clay.  
Casa Series Pizza OvensOkay, so it's a far cry from what can be ordered for $2000, but that's okay.  

I wasn't perfect in getting the opening level.  With an upside-down dome, it's hard to tell what's flat and what isn't.  But it won't matter, because this is just the inner-most lining for the oven.  All of this will be hidden by the time the oven is complete.
